Olive oil in Tuscan Cuisine

Olivicoltori Toscani Associati, once association of product formed in 1982, since December 2005 is an agricultural cooperative that work in olives and oils field, in Tuscany.
The cooperative joins 23000 olive and oil farms.
Main activities are olives pressing, sale of oil produced from members and services for associate farms.
Other fields of activity are technical assistance for members, carrying out project to improve oil quality and research in olives and oils ambit. A main theme is spreading of oil knowledge to improve the values of its typicity so that a larger number of consumers could enjoy it.
Olivicotlori Toscani Associati promotes research to find new solution for the use of what is left from the pressing (pomace and vegetative water), and promotes the development of organic agriculture, as a mean of environmental improvement.
