The Oil Factory

The oil factory of the association is placed a few kilometers from Florence, among Tuscan hills. The oil press works continually, with two working lines and about 2.000 tons of olives are pressed each year..

Tastings

The association organizes tasting courses.They are held by professional tasters and are meant both for professionals and consumers.

Guided visits

Groups of visitors are welcomed at the oil factory; the pressing machines and the stages of the oil production to obtain a high quality extra virgin oilve oil are shown.
